Parents seeking admission from Grades 1 to 9 will be required to fill up a Wait List Form before 10th March 2010 between 7.30 a.m and 10.30 a.m, Sunday to Thursday. Acceptance for enrollment in the Grades 1-9 program is contingent upon the successful passing of the entrance examinations which are held in the same month.

Entrance exams will be held on March 20, 2010. Students appearing for the exam have to be in school at 7.20 a.m.

Successful candidates will need to complete the pre-admission process outlined below. Please submit all materials to the registration office in one package.(Students are not admitted after Grade 9, the commencement of O'Level preparation unless in exceptional cases).

• Completed Application Booklet. This can be picked up at the front reception.
• 6 passport size photographs.
• 2 passport photocopies containing student's valid visa. If the residence visa is not available, a photocopy of the entry stamp in the passport is required, as well as a letter from the company stating that the visa of the student is under process.
• 2 birth certificate photocopies.
• 1 health card photocopy.
• 1 immunization card (vaccination card) photocopy from birth up to date of entrance.
• Transfer certificate. In case of transfer from abroad, the certificate should be attested by the (a) Ministry of Education (b) Ministry of Foreign Affairs and (c) UAE Consulate all from the country of origin.
• Conduct Certificate from previous school (Admission to Grades 7, 8 and 9).

The application will not be accepted unless completed in full. On admission, all necessary documents must be in order and you will be required to pay the Registration Fee (Dhs. 1000/-) and First Term Tuition Fees (non - refundable). Successful candidates will have to be on a waitlist until 15th June 2010.
